Yutai Microelectronics Co. Ltd. disclosed on Sept. 2 its second revised draft of the Feasibility Analysis Report on the Use of Proceeds from its 2026 A-share Offering to Targeted Investors. The company plans to raise no more than 688.9528 million yuan through the offering.

The offering has not yet been completed. The final amount raised, investors and issuance date remain subject to regulatory approvals and other follow-up procedures.

After deducting issuance expenses, the proceeds will be used for two research and development projects focused on high-speed interconnects for data centers and automotive communications.

337 million yuan for high-speed data center interconnects

Yutai Micro plans to allocate 336.7672 million yuan to a project developing next-generation high-speed interconnect network communication solutions for data centers. The project has a total investment of 442.4557 million yuan, will be carried out in Shanghai's Pudong New Area and is scheduled to run for four years.

The project will focus on high-speed interconnect and management-network communications technologies for data centers, addressing their need for highly reliable, high-throughput data transmission.

352 million yuan for automotive communication chips

The second project will receive 352.1856 million yuan in proceeds for the research, development and commercialization of high-speed automotive communication chips. It has a total investment of 618.1969 million yuan and is also scheduled to run for four years.

The project will focus on automotive physical-layer chips (PHY), time-sensitive networking (TSN) and high-speed serializer-deserializer (SerDes) chips.

Yutai Micro said it may use its own funds to begin investing in the projects before the proceeds arrive, and replace those funds after the proceeds are received. If the amount actually raised falls short of the planned investment, the company will raise the shortfall itself.

Because the offering remains at the proposal stage, the final amount raised, project investment scale, construction timeline and commercialization results remain uncertain.
