Kimi K3 drives domestic compute adaptations as China pushes AI infrastructure

• Moonshot AI open-sourced Kimi K3, a 2.8-trillion-parameter mixture-of-experts model with native visual understanding, a 1 million-token context window, and supporting infrastructure technologies MoonEP, FlashKDA and AgentEnv.
